What is the yummy life?
Recently, at dinner with my husband, we had a taco salad for our main course, with seasoned grassfed ground beef, avocados, grape tomatoes, black olives, salsa, and crème fraiche over baby greens. For dessert we had raspberries with crème fraiche, since it was on the table already.
I remarked that our diet really is decadent. Beef? Cream? And avocados? YES!
Our diet consists of fresh whole foods, lots of healthy fats from really clean sources and fresh fruits and vegetables. It’s low starch, probiotic, healing and nourishing.
